Our Exercise Physiologists specialise in tailored clinical exercise programs to help you overcome pain, rehabilitate injuries and manage your health goals.

Exercise Physiologists are university trained and can provide support for people with/needing:

  • Acute or chronic pain
  • Post surgical rehabilitation (hip/knee replacement, ACL rehab)
  • Sporting injuries
  • Sports performance enhancement
  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Obesity
  • Cancer and cancer recovery
  • Osteoporosis or arthritis
  • Neuromuscular exercise therapy  (MS, Parkinsons etc)
  • Fall prevention
  • Pregnancy and post partum care


Our Exercise Physiologists work closely with our team of pracitioners, using a patient centered approach involving active therapy and constant communication. We offer 1:1 and small group classes  (1:3) in a supervised, supportive environment.

All Exercise Physiology services can be claimed though Medicare, Workcover, TAC , DVA and private health insurance if you have Exercise Physiology cover. You do not need a referral to see an Exercise Physiologist.
